August 23, 200917 yr just not a playoff team at all. and great move in the 9th there fredi. are you really pinch hitting baker? after he had a horrible ab against soriano yesterday, yet you never ever would think about pinch hitting your 2nd catcher any other day
August 23, 200917 yr and we lose our last two series after winning the first game. the division is pretty much gone and weve given everything back that we gained on philly. not playing well at all. well see how this goes.
August 23, 200917 yr What a great birthday present they've given me by losing to the inbred cousin f***ers of Atlanta. :banghead
August 23, 200917 yr Hermida's fault. If he were trying his hardest, he would have jumped in front of that last pitch, slowed it down for Baker like Al did in Angels in the Outfield, and juggled it around on the infield until he rounded the bases and gave the Marlins the lead. Lazy bastard.
August 23, 200917 yr Its all Hermida's fault. The man is being down the whole team. Hoping this is sarcasm.

August 23, 200917 yr Oh no THE SKY IS FALLING THE SKY IS FALLING! Yeah, because there aren't such things as bad series. Yeah, the division looks like a long shot at the point, but we are 4 games back in the wild card. That is nothing! Bad game, but I always find it amazing that after every loss it becomes the end of the world, and how it seems every game from mid July to late September becomes a "must win". This game would've been nice to win, but it was far from a must win. Just come back and be strong against the Mets and hope for the best.

Gaby had been used earlier in the game, Johnson was unable to perform, which leaves Baker, Bonifacio and Helms. I mean using a solid pinch hitter in Helms is far too logical for Fredi.
August 23, 200917 yr I blame Pinto. He could be so good if he could ever find the strike zone. Also, that was the most useless AB by Cody in the 9th. Just watched 3 strikes in the zone.
August 23, 200917 yr our starting rotation is not play-off caliber...i blame no one else but them Ricky and Pinto were terrible.

August 23, 200917 yr Fredi didn't go by the #'s, managing the bullpen (as usual). Anyways, bottom line is our SP continues to be inconsistent. We're going nowhere with this type of SP. That simple.
August 23, 200917 yr honestly, i would just outright release pinto. i really wouldnt care if we got anything back for him, he might be the most out of control pitcher ive ever seen. i wish we kept that guy kroenke out of the rule 5 draft
