August 25, 201016 yr I hate to say it, but I just had a feeling we were gonna lose with the garbage hits the Mets got in that inning. The best hit ball of the inning was an out. JJ kind of stunk tonight. He didn't get much help, but he wasn't very effective. Sucks to waste Gaby's awesome HR.

August 25, 201016 yr Can we make it a tradition to have some drinks here after such a loss. It helps to digest these ridiculous games of errors and bad offense. I say bad offense because we could've had a lot more runs. Again we wasted many opportunities with men on and in scoring position. Hanley had a good night and Gaby with his home run was great. I thought I could say well Maybin made a good message to us and the FO with the way he began tonight, getting two hits and a really good catch. But then, he went and screwed up with a really big error that cost us. And let's not forget Wes' error as well. BLAH So this is our future? And yet again, not a good night for JJ.

August 25, 201016 yr It's just disappointing that we were coming off a 5 game win streak and now we have lost two straight. Not really that bad, and really it depends on tomorrow's game, but it definitely feels like the team is a two-steps forward, two-steps back (with sometimes a bonus step backwards!) sorta group this year.
