No Marlins player is in anyone's prediction. And can someone tell me how the f*** Troy Tulowitzki gets so many votes for MVP and Hanley gets none? Is it now consensus among clueless analysts that this guy is a better player than Hanley?
Erick
On paper, Colorado has a better chance to win their division. Also, maybe they're factoring in that Tulowitzki plays in Coors Field.
Hotcorner
actually 3 guys on that list picked JJ for the NL Cy Young, including Keith Law.
Dr Beinfest
Honestly I am shocked there are no biters for the Marlins. That being said, we of course are underdogs, but usually a small handful will go with the underdog.

Playing in Coors usually hurts you in voting, no?
Schnellders
One of the ESPN commentators on the Yankee-Tigers game showed some love (albeit very briefly) for the Marlins. When talking about the rise of Atlanta, he said "When are people going to start talking about Florida? They're my team."

Is it now consensus among clueless analysts that this guy is a better player than Hanley? Well, he's finished in the top 5 in MVP voting each of the least two years, and he's a gold glove defender. mystikol87
An aggregate of 20 games under .500, by my quick mental count. You have the Tigers playing only 160 games, though.
TheFlyinUruguayan
it has been known for a while now that ESPN analysts do not know much about sports
