He just wasn't good enough to be on the team and wasn't here long enough to get extra points. He was good in 97 but that's about it and was gone by mid 99. I'd take JJ, Brown, Beckett, D-Train, AJ, Penny, Leiter, Ricky, and Alex Fernandez over him.
