Stadium Name To Be Revealed Whenever They Feel Like It

Featured Replies

So like... how has there been no leak into potential names for the park?

Do the execs sneak into negotiations and keep this stuff highly classified?

Skittles are way better.

imo

when Entendu suggested PwC a few posts ago, I had to look up what the hell that was. and it lead me to an article about the 10 largest privately owned companies in America. Mars was up there and it was the only company that really caught my attention. interesting that it's actually being discussed now

PwC Field. Please please please.

KPMG Park would be better.

Then we might as well call it 4/4 Field :dkdance

American Airlines Arena

Probably wont be American Airlines Center. Stars and Maverick play there in Dallas.

I meant the Heat and the Mavericks play in arenas with the same company in the name. So having two baseball parks with the same company wouldn't be that odd.

Ohhhh good point.

That's a special exception.

American Airlines is headquartered in Dallas. It's 2nd largest hub is Miami International Airport.

Furthermore, The American Airlines Center is a multipurpose arena, reaching out to the NHL and the AFL (3 sports). Their market is large enough to support the name.

Coors would not make any sense. It's a Colorado based company with naming rights at Coors Field. They would have no reason to go after a 2nd park.

I'm still hoping it's Piggly Wiggly.

To be fair, I do drink a lot of Coors Light when I'm back home. It's my favorite of the cheap beers :)

Now a Mike's Hard Lemonade Park.........SIGN ME UP.

Meh... Coors is average for a cheap beer. But then again, I don't drink cheap beers. How posh of me.

But yes, 5 stars for Mike's Hard Lemonade Park.

Hey, theres nothing like eating a sandwhich and having a can of Mikes Hard Lemonade while watching the ballgame. I dont drink beer and liquor is my normal drink of choice but i dont feel like getting wasted watching a ballgame. Of course that could be the drink to stand watching the Marlins at home.

I do drink beer but sometimes you don't want beer and there's really not another option other than hard cider.

And of course, your point on the liquor...

Of course again, I'm not of legal age to drink. This isn't to say that I haven't done so at Sun Life.

In fact my avatar is of me doing so at Sun Life.

I'm enjoying a nice Mike's Hard Pink Lemonade right now. So good.

M&M's Park. I could actually see that. Caricatures of each color at the entrance to it's coordinating section.

Nah. I'll pass.

Mars Park maybe? Then the new slogan for Roger Dean could be "Not far from Mars".

Nah. I'll pass.

Just think.........the running of the DIFFERENT kind of M&M's....plain, peanut, pretzel, etc., in the uniform colors, lol

And I sure like "Not from Mars" :D

Its not coors light park... ffs

You have no idea what it is... ffs.

Mantis Park.

Regardless of what your friend said... the logic behind Coors getting naming rights to the ballpark is absent. Therefore, anyone with logic would be able to piece 2 and 2 together.

However, that's not to say that Coors Brewery has logic.
