July 3, 201214 yr Our "leader" comes through again. At least his 16th best OPS for MLB 3b more than makes up for it
July 3, 201214 yr Coupled with the 4 run blown lead against st Louis this makes for one really pissed off person.
July 3, 201214 yr You are putting this on a guy that reached twice and scored twice? Just because of an error that nobody scored off of?
July 3, 201214 yr Our "leader" comes through again. At least his 16th best OPS for MLB 3b more than makes up for it oh geez...
July 3, 201214 yr f*** Hanley. Jose Reyes is much better since he's getting paid like a superstar with his .268 batting average, mediocre .344 OBP, and .722 OPS.. I know he tries because he slaps his glove in the field and Lo Vistes all the time.
July 3, 201214 yr Easily one of the worse umpired games behind the plate. Zambrano had two struck out in the first inning that ended up as walks. We kept this game close considering how bad the defense was and the terrible balls and strikes calls. Ani will get them tomorrow. I think 3 of 4 is likely.
July 3, 201214 yr Disappointing game, obviously. But I expected it, I guess. This game had it all-- a blown lead, defensive miscues, etc. I'm just getting sick of the hot-and-cold Zambrano.

I know he tries because he slaps his glove in the field and Lo Vistes all the time. Reyes is fielding a much harder position, much better than Hanley ever did, and his OPS is 10th at his position, which while not great, is still above average. Also hanleys RISP is worse than bucks average
July 3, 201214 yr We lost, so somebody has to be blamed for it. HANLEY! YOU ARE THE WORST PLAYER EVER! AHHHHHHHHHHHH
July 3, 201214 yr Wtf? Zambrano pitched a decent game, 2 of the 3 walks in the first were strikeouts...Without the errors Zambrano wins this game 5 - 3...

July 3, 201214 yr You are putting this on a guy that reached twice and scored twice? Just because of an error that nobody scored off of? You clearly didn't watch the game Zambrano gave up 3 ER not 5. Hanley lost us this game, and the worst reliever in the game.

July 3, 201214 yr As per the game thread, I am self banning myself until Zambrano gets his next win. In his last 5 starts hes walked 22 hitters in 22 IP. I have a feeling I won't be active for a while. If you guys miss me too much just shoot me a PM as I'll still be around to read Mike's daily shenanigans as well as all the discussions on the Marlins & other matters on the board. I became a huge Buck fan after my last ban, and ever since then hes been terrific. Now I'm Zambrano's biggest fan. Hope this gets him back on track after the All-Star Break. Take care everyone!

He is accountable. His errors directly contributed to the loss. (BTW, I'm only serious about the first two statements)

July 3, 201214 yr Author And Reyes has only been with us for 3 months whereas Hanley hasn't produced in years
July 3, 201214 yr Ruggiano leads all of baseball in OPS amongst batters with at least 60 PA. 1.172. MVP.

July 3, 201214 yr Is there a reason why Ryan Webb, despite being terrible basically all year, was given 2 innings tonight in a tied game?
July 3, 201214 yr I saw nothing wrong with it. You guys act like he's horrible. He had a 3.56 ERA and 1.15 WHIP before the Toronto blow-up. He's probably one of the better relievers. You can't use Cishek every time.
July 3, 201214 yr Is this team trying to accumulate a top ten list of the worst losses in franchise history? I need a drink....unfortunately I don't drink.
