Juan Pierre Signed

Featured Replies

Lol. I'm just happy we will have an actual outfield full of outfielders. Baby steps. Maybe the next step will be signing Perez long term. Dude is a stud.

we couldnt have gotten anyone better!

How much extra money does Pierre earn if he leads the league in heart?

He might actually lead the league in heart, so that wasn't part of the contract.

He does however get a 45 dollar giftcard to Chili's if he leads the league in home runs.

Although this was a clear suckup signing by the Marlins, I like it. Juan Pierre will be a good example both on and off the field for the younger Marlins. Oh, and he can still play, so he will be the team MVP runner up to Stanton in 2013.

I like the move, keeps LoMo at first and shores up the outfield considering Ruggiano is a shoe in for the CF spot.

Like Samson said, no holes!

I'm back in South Florida, JP's back in South Florida.. time to bust out the sign! :D

The last player to sign something for me was Edgar Renteria when I was 7 or 8 in 1998. I swear I will get Juan Pierre to sign something for me next year. A chance to relive my 03 Marlins that I followed all season when I was 13 ;(

You missed a great chance yesterday- he tweeted he was signing autographs in Coral Springs last night
