Padres broadcast showed a fairly clear angle of there being no tag applied. Not a Rule 7.13 thing, just an awful call.

August 15, 201411 yr Pavano talking over the game-winning call by Rich was the worst Oh god that was horrid. Pavano needs to know he's there for color commentary. When there's a game on the line, unless he's bringing some kind of new insight into the picture, he needs to zip his lips. I think he was saying stuff like "man I wish I was in the pile, it looks fun". Like seriously, wtf Pavano? All in the most monotone voice ever. I can't tell if he's nervous or just not an overly enthusiastic person or more likely a little of both.
