If my eyes are glazed over in looking at him in a positive light (which they are not) then your eyes are just as glazed over in looking at him in a negative light. Two sides of the same coin. You hate him and ASSUME he's not here to win... I don't. It's that simple.

I don't really care much of what he has to say about current ownership right now because basically it is just trying to draw attention to the team in some negative manner. The whole wolverine article releases which I believe he did in a 4 part series was dumb. Sure the documents were accurate at the time but I think what he said in the SI article about learning the market once they settled in was correct.

How do you know that? It was time to clear out some bad contracts and hopefully get rid of the remaining ones soon. Jeter overpaid for this team and now we are screwed it's less capital they have and it doesn't give the owners freedom to be in the red some years knowing that they will be able to sell the team for dramatically more than they bought it for.
