Michael
JORGE ALFARO APPRECIATION THREAD What a freakin' game. Sandy pitched great til the 7th. Aggy with some big hits tonight. Marte tying it in the 9th. Alfaro with three HUMONGOUS RBIs AAAAAND do NOT forget his play in the top of the 10th to throw Solano out on that bunt. WE'RE AT .500! Edit - in the excitement of Alfaro's walk-off, I very briefly forgot about Aggy's RIDICULOUS save in the 10th.

SirFishFan
I know it’s still very early in the season and the Marlins still have 73 games left at home this season, but if they play well and have a winning record at home this season, that could be the difference between making the post season or not. Of course, it’s way too early to be thinking about that, but I like the way they have been playing over the past week!
FishFan95
I haven't stopped smiling since the game ended. So happy for Alfaro to come up big.

SilverBullet
This game is so difficult, very nice to see Jorge get a moment like this one tonight. Hopefully it's a step in the right direction for him.
Erick
Corey Dickerson was actually praying in the dugout in the 9th inning for a comeback. Haven’t seen that from a big league team in awhile. The dugout is into it, the team really cares. Pablo, let’s get the sweep tomorrow!

It'll still take some slip ups from the other four teams but the Marlins aren't doormats in the East.
SilverBullet
It's pretty crazy how this team could look at the rest of the division, especially the top of the division, and could shrug their shoulders and not really expect to compete and most people wouldn't really blame them... yet the Marlins actually play like they think they're the best team in the East. Their energy and confidence is so impressive. What a treat this team is.
