Agreed. I am glad we didn't do that. Especially considering, we would've had to deal stud prospects as well.

While I never understood why some were so adamant about getting Buxton, and I'm ok with not getting him, the Marlins' options seem to be quickly dwindling to another "nothing" offseason.

Haven't a clue.  All we know is the rumors.....Mish has been pretty tight lipped after swinging and mishing at the deadline last season.

Yes anytime a plane safely lands it's a blessing and we should all be thankful for the passengers and crew. Now I'm not sure why Craig Mish is suddenly reporting plane arrivals but it is what it is. 

Bothered by the lowballing of Marte but the Marlins said they were gonna go into free agency to upgrade the team and they've already done that, can't say they haven't done what they said they would. If there's more to come I'm excited to see it.

I had been saying why would Buxton sign a 1 year prove it type deal when he could/would (did) get a big money extension now without having to prove his health or that his production is constant.
