Whose day is it to pitch in minors?

You know, it could be Poteet to start it tomorrow ... if he goes four innings and allows 2 or less I'd be OK with it, as long as we don't have to burn a big part of the bullpen.

Alternatively ... Sandy goes on regular rest? Would move everyone else up a day unless they can slot someone between Sandy and Pablo for this coming series. Also another off day Thursday.

I would imagine the next turn goes to Meyer since he isn't fully rested for this one as far as I know, but then again you never know with this team.

This is one thing I'm trying to tell people. Lol. Max isn't rested enough for this one, so, fine. Let Poteet take it. Max' next start would be Tuesday or Wednesday (unsure on Jax schedule). If they intentionally give him a short outing, say, 3 innings, he could line up well to start on Saturday, which would be Elieser's next start.

Or Sunday which would have be Luzardo's next after tomorrow. Depends how long he's out.

And look, a pitcher injury, where they won't call up the pitcher(s) they should (Meyer).......if only.....yet again....they would have signed some sort of vet starter to help in this case lol.

Nope, would have been bullpen games. Which this will effectively be ...

Doubt they thought that far ahead

Forearm strain - that could be a problem.

ever since they switched to Miami Marlins this team has been fucking cursed. Fully expecting Jesus Lizard to miss significant time now

That's because Ng hasn't finished doing whatever else she was doing yet.

She'll be sure to tell Scott Olsen he's pitching Tuesday soon.

If anybody but Meyer or Cabrera starts, that should be it for Kim Ng.

We have a surplus of SP. In no world should Daniel Castano be starting games for this team. Poteet needs to remain in the role he’s had success.

Anything other than Meyer/Cabrera, hell even Eury is roster management malpractice

She's an expert at that since she took over tbh.

It’s the same thing as last year when we had 2 bullpen games every 5 days.

Michael Hill found a way to keep the ship together during a once in a lifetime pandemic/ covid outbreak. Kim Ng cant even manage a singular SP missing a few starts with a organization filled with premium arms
