When you put it that way I'm wondering if Pablo did this on purpose just because he's the nicest guy on Earth and didn't wanna leave his teammates.

Pablo is stinky

We've had some shifty managers, GMs , seasons and what not in the past.  I mean, we're the Marlins and it's par for the course, unfortunately.  But, I will say, I've never despised a manager or GM combo more than these two idiots since the Marlins inaugural season.  Thank you Jeter!  #FuckJeter #FuckMattingly, #FuckNg, #FuckThemAll . And, preferably with a red hot poker!

Hahaha.

Of course, I would not say that he did it on purpose, because he seems like the type of player who would still try to win regardless of the circumstances. But I have to admit that was the first thought that came to my mind.

I'm thinking his pitching performance today could be because of several reasons..

It could be that he is stressed out about the possibility and uncertainty of quickly moving to a new team/city in the middle of the season and trying to coordinate all the details of packing and all of that.

Or, maybe he really really really doesn't want to leave the Marlins, because of course they are like his family and Sandy is one of his best friends, and a lot of these players have spent the last few seasons growing close together and he loves living in Miami and all his friends and family are there and he doesn't want to temporarily move to a new city and have to wait until the season finishes to come back, and maybe he is hoping that by pitching terrible that other teams won't want him anymore.

But the most likely reason is because the Marlins are playing the Mets.. and the Mets are a way better team and the Marlins absolutely suck against better teams.

Yeah, probably that's the reason.
