Rogers to Baltimore - Norby, Stowers in Return

I thought Baltimore might give us a good prospect for Scott, I never imagined such a return for Rogers.  Wow!

More guys really close to mlb. Looks like we’re going back to the playoffs next year lads!!

on thing to note though is AAA is very devoid of good pitching so might need take those numbers w grain of salt

Stowers is a lifetime .870 OPS guy in the minors. I know he's already 26 but there is definitely something there.

Now to see what we get for Scott.

On an actually serious note, if the Marlins are able to somehow muster even close to a league average offense in 2025, they absolutely can get back to the playoffs if their pitchers stay healthy (which is obviously a humongous "if" given that literally our entire staff went down this year).

Eh Stowers has been a pretty consistently good power hitter in the minors every year. He'll definitely get a shot with the Marlins' big-league team, so we'll see how he does.

MLB should cap pitchers on MLB roster at 12 then.

why does it feel like with all these good trades we'll bizarrely end up getting garbage for Scott of all the players?

I'm seriously impressed so far with Bendy dicks.  Granted, prospects are just that until they prove themselves but @Rydawg should be signing up to check out their swamp ass level in no time flat based on their scouting reports.
