Burger and X looking like #bliNgbliNg master class. Daddy dix offense acquisitions however…

Just wait.

Remember this is the team that Jazz built.

Randomly putting this here but has anyone noticed that with the new jersey templates this season that the Marlins sleeve patch is often not properly positioned? I guess whoever is putting them on thinks the logo should have the fish leaning back but the fish is actually meant to be perpendicular to the sleeve cuff and this bothers me cuz I think it looks so much worse. Now that I was looking for pics of it I realize that sometimes this year it is actually positioned right. That means it's some employee making this mistake every so often. Surprised there isn't more consistency with this... top pic is the wrong position, bottom one is correct...

why the hell would you send Soriano out again for the 9th.  WUT

We better get used to having a terrible bullpen for years to come at this point. They’re gonna be cobbled together DFA pick ups

Bullpen will be fine. Relievers always volatile as all heck. Spend the least there and go forth.

there are very few exceptions to the above rule with relievers.  that's usually the easiest and simultaneously most maddening piece to fill out because you can go into a given year thinking you're stacked in the pen and then key guys do what relievers do and have wildly inconsistent years - this is also why relievers have a great year fetch such high returns at the deadline to teams who's pen hasn't played up to expectations but they're still in the race.

I always like the starter turned reliever route myself as it lets those starters give max effort instead of trying to stretch it out over a full game. Sandy would be like a cheat code as a reliever for instance.

How about the play by your favorite player Stowers??? Lllol

No seriously you're just trolling at this point.

May actually ban you until March.

I am a valued and admired poster! I’m going to ban you until April

Marlins did good today!

Burger and Jesus Sanchez HR.

I’ve always considered Jesus Sanchez to have 40+ HR potential and in the past I’ve called him the actual best power hitter on the Marlins roster, if he could ever get things together. Well not always considered that to be fair. When he first came up in 2020 I think.. and his BA was like .080 I was so annoyed with the Marlins for keeping him out there. I used to fight with Michael about him.. and also Vesia…

But yeah, in the past I’ve compared Sanchez to Ruben Sierra.. I could see him having that type of career if he can get a little more consistent. He might not ever reach his 40+ HR potential.. but he still definitely has it there.
