The Marlins announced that Zuber has indeed been claimed off waivers from the Mets. Miami designated right-hander Nick Nastrini for assignment to open a spot on the 40-man roster.

Norby to IL, Pauley back up. Pauley was hitting pretty well in AAA.

Marlins Acquire Michael Petersen From Braves - MLB Trade Rumors

The Marlins announced that they’ve acquired reliever Michael Petersen from the Braves for cash considerations and optioned him to Triple-A Jacksonville. Miami transferred righty reliever Jesus Tinoco to the 60-day injured list to create a 40-man roster spot. According to the MLB.com transaction log, the Fish also outrighted veteran catcher Rob Brantly to Triple-A after he cleared waivers. Brantly was quietly designated for assignment earlier this week.

Norby will be out a couple of months. Had surgery on his hand/wrist. Look for Graham Pauley to get some extended playing time at third.

I would guess ..... no.

I feel like a lot of teams hold out for the trade deadline before making significant roster decisions. For instance, the Marlins probably could have promoted Marsee a while ago, but will likely wait until after the deadline so that they can move Jesus Sanchez, or less likely, Dane Myers. I think that they will wait until you have some roster clarification for options and DFA's. Eric Wagaman has 3 remaining options, so I doubt he gets DFA'd, but we could see him get sent down after the deadline.
