Time to become buyers instead. I always believed in them

We're not sellers, give me a reason this roster won't compete.

With half of our rotation on the IL, our Marlins are playing great baseball!

To be perfectly honest, this team actually probably would have been very competitive if not for all of the injuries to the pitching staff. The offense actually isn't terrible for the first time since like 2017.

54-108.

Sticking with my preseason prediction.

😂

Going 18-63 in the last 81 would be brutal. Would be a worse win % than the White Sox had last year...

And is slightly worse than the record Colorado has right now.

Since June 13th, the Marlins are 6th in the NL in runs allowed per game (4.375). They are 4th in the NL in runs scored per game (5.563).

From June 13th until before the Arizona Series and they are 3rd in runs allowed per game (3.923) and 5th in runs scored per game (5.077).

I don't know how long they can keep this up, but if they do then a Wild Card birth is possible.

Eh, they're still seven games back of a WC spot in the loss column, and there are six teams in front of them for that last spot. Plus, we need to take into account that the Marlins will probably sell off some pieces at the deadline.

Effectivly the same as the Tigers at this point in the season as last year. Not saying it's likely, but not impossible.
