Like a year and a half ago there was a discussion on his teal had left marketing. That guy posted something to the effect of how the marketing team was always putting teal but Loria was personally getting it removed, trashing Loria along the way. When asked how he knew this he said he was part if the marketing team. He got a lot of doubt so he actually identified himself and told us what he looked like so that we could identify him on the Marlins broadcast. After that, a lot of us freaked out because we realized that was really dumb and tried to convince him to remove the post. He eventually did but it was up for a while and that is that story.

As someone who likes it (that M could be a bit smaller, but whatever): there is TOTALLY going to be backlash. there already is. There was going to be backlash no matter what. They'll get over it. I'm betting it dies down before even opening day.

Also worth noting, the logo seems to be different on the orange jersey than on the cap and other jerseys (still no hint of the away jersey).

As I said before on the Facebook, since it looks like Boni is wearing the black one under the jacket, it looks like only the orange jersey says Marlins on it, with the rest saying Miami.

I was just about to post that! The orange one looks pretty bad in my opinion, but I don't think orange jerseys ever look right.

Also, the difference between stadium beer and WM tickets is that there's no comparison. When I buy a Pepsi at the stadium for 5 bucks, I know that I could buy a 12 pack and some ice for less at the supermarket. You don't really get that with something like this. Yeah, you could say "they used to be cheaper" but that's the forward progress of time for you. I foresaw that answer coming. There is a comparison, perhaps not a complete one though. It can still be 'overpriced' with people buying the product. It's just a matter of monopolization. WWE has full control over the industry. If you want to go to Wrestlemania, you have no say in what the prices are. They are non-negotiable. I mean, I'd love to just continue with the U2 concert. the GA tickets were $60 a piece. They could have sold those for $120 a piece and they'd still have sold out the GA. $120 would still be overpriced, but people are still willing to accept that and still pay it. That doesn't mean they'll be happy with what they paid. I guess in the end that's where we differ. I choose to believe the customer satisfaction in regards to what they've paid is what determines whether or not something is overpriced, whereas you guys choose to believe that it's a bit more of a 'are they willing to buy it'. The U2 concert would only be comparable if they only did a single concert. This is but one Wrestlemania. (Yes, there are other shows but there's no arguing that they aren't at the same level.)

I've never seen people so upset by a 31-3 win. That's because is a 31-3 win and it'll be one of few. We'll take 3-4 years to collect as many of those wins as the Pats will in a season.

There has to be a good reason as to why he's not in the top 10. I can't think of one. He's only 21, he had a good year in AA (11-4, 3.40 ERA, 1.288 WHIP). He was 6th on the list last year above Cousins, who is 5 years older and spent most of this year injured or playing badly on the Marlins. He had a better year than Ramussen while being younger and in a higher league (A+ vs AA).

Wow, where did Brad Hand go to on that list? Can't think of any reason he'd be a worse spec than Cousins.
