Mark
I'll go with Kirk Gibson in the '88 series. The way he limped around the base, the "I Can't believe what I just saw" call, and Lasorda made that a memorable moement!
MVPosey
Only one home run has been titled "THe Shot Heard 'Round The World", Bobby Thompson's 1951 homer capped the greatest comeback in ML history and the most famous announcing call in ML history. Just don't mention that to any old Brooklyn Dodgers fan. :lol

Iowa
I'll agree with Carters... mostly because that is one I remember. Ending a World Series on a homerun is amazing. Â Â Â But seriously, how awesome was Sea bass' homerun?

Michael
Its not much, but.. Mickey Mantle, off the facade of the roof in Yankee stadium, hit with such force, the ball bounced BACK to the infield..
Guest Juanky
The Babe's called shot Shot Heard Round The World close second
Craig
It does not get any bigger than a WALK OFF shot to win GAME 7 of the world series. With that said, we only have 1 in baseball history to choose from, so I hvae to go with Mazeroski's home run to win the 1960 World Series, which is made more incredible by the fact that Mazeroski was maybe the least likely guy on the field to hit a home run. SorianoFanHFW
I'm sorry, but Scott Brosius in game 5 is by far the most dramatic.

Ramp
definitely not the best but Glenallen Hill's bomb at Wrigley was probably the biggest shot I have ever seen
FreshFish
I think Joe Carter's to win the WS. I watched on TV when I was a little kid and I still remember the moment.

ChoitotheWorld
The called shot was the best. :rock  The worst was Jeffrey F***-ing Mayer reached over the wall to give Jeter a HR and the umps were Yankee fans and called it a homerun. :banghead
Passion
Many people believe the called shot isnt even real.
TSwift25
Fisk's waving the ball fair is the most memorable. The one that accomplished the most is Carter. Whenever I think of dramatics...I think of Fisk.
