Today is the day Lowell turns it around

Featured Replies

I am a huge Lowell fan and am really hoping to see the Mikey of old in Boston this season. Today, he went 3 for 3 with a homerun... I am gonna be the extreme optimist and say that today he has turned it around, just in time for Opening Day....

Well it makes sense.

I did see him eating black beans and rice at a Cuban restaurant a couple days ago..

Factor digestion, constipation and finally expulsion--today sounds about right for him to turn it around.

To take a quote from Little Big League and skew it a little bit: Don't you think it's something's wrong when you have to make a thread and get all excited about Mike Lowell after he goes 3-3 once in a spring training game?

He's free of Bill Robinson.

His swing will return to normal this year.

didnt he also have his best years under Bill?

:plain ...i believe so...

He's been sucking for the better part of 18 months. At age 34 do you really think he's gonna magically turn it around?
