please

anyway, Barry loves facing them Padres eh?

I predict he will break the record on September 15. . .What is your prediction?

Probably - and sadly - by All Star break.

The Giants must seriously despise scoring runs if they pull Barry after he hits homers. Either that or Barry is an extremely lazy bastard.

They were up 8-2 and any rest for Barry is good rest

ghey.

anyway........If Barry stays on a slow steady pace, we have a shot of seeing him in late summer here in Miami.

:mischief2 A short stint on the DL could work right into our hands.

I love that.

Anyone think he could break it close to the end of May/early June? The Giants will be playing in New York and Philadelphia around that time and I wonder if I should try to get tickets to a couple of games.

just get cheap ones, and if he's not on pace then sell them off.

Go Barry.

But ease up on the pace. I'd like you to go into a rut for a while and watch you tie Hammerin Hank right here in Miami.

Go Barry.

if he's at 754, and they're on the road anywhere, they're going to rest him.

755 and 756 are going to be hit in San Fran

Go Barry.

ya, you'd want this to be a special moment for him. People cheering, instead of booing the hell outta him.

Go Barry.

You make a good point but, that implies that they will not fielding their best team and therefore potentially sacrificing wins just so he can do it @ home.

Im not completely sold on that.

regardless, it would be cool seein him hit 753 or somethin like that

If he breaks it, you will be able to hear me booing from anywhere in the country.

You might hear me too. I am hoping Barry gets injured and retires before he gets to the record.

the only good thing that can possibly come out of this is if i catch the record

breaking ball and become a millionaire.

seriously that is a lotto ticket right there

When are the Giants in SFLA?
