Miller needed to be sent to AA two starts ago.

 

Waechter is the only one so far who has earned a starting shot.

I'm sure he was just a throw in. He'd never done anything to get excited over.

I've said it for a while- he just isn't ready. Not to be negative but everytime he pitches, I always expect to lose the game.

I would have taken Loney and Kershaw for Cabrera.Then traded Willis seperately for a center fielder prospect.

As crazy as it may sound i would like to have Gregg get another shot at SP and i would like to see Kensing go in as closer and Miller to AA or to the bullpen for when we have blowout games, like that he cant gain confidence without ruining our chances of winning

Gregg'll stay at closer till the trade deadline though, and next in line is Lindstrom, then Henry Owens when he comes back healthy...

Not every instance, but in this one, its pretty obvious. Miller stinks, a normal team would send him down and bring up Volstad. Instead we'll do whatever is the cheapest thing to do. Bob, once in a while you need to put down the teal colored glasses and look at reality.

Miller is just overmatched right now. They should send him down and let him rebuild his confidence. They will ruin him if they keep him here too much longer.

The tiger fans probably party at night after his starts.They want the players they traded to us, to be busts.

His next start against the Padres will probably decide if he stays up or gets sent down. If he gives up 5+ runs and can't make it to the sixth inning, I'll agree he needs to be sent down.
