August 4, 200817 yr I'll be there Saturday night @ Shea watching Scotty O give it his best, if the Fish go 2-4 it would certainly be understandable. This is a big chance, I hate to say make or break, but the days are getting short and the team needs to step it up.

August 4, 200817 yr what are the match ups ithought jj was going tomorrow? I see the old fart knocker is pitching against us again. Why cant we miss moyer. If the mets have any clue as to who to start for maine it should be a lefty. Never mind got the matchups dim means skip nolasko's turn.
August 4, 200817 yr I would love to see one of our starters break the CG streak and collect at least 1 shutout on this trip. Pitching needs to step up on the road, especially in Philly's ballpark.

August 4, 200817 yr no offense but why would 3-3 be ok? Thats my problem, the lack of greed... I guess if things fall at 3-3 it might be satisfactory...but damn let's aim for 4-6 wins! Why not? If we sweep the Phillies...you'd be ok with being swept by the Mets? Apparently so, cause thats 3-3!
August 4, 200817 yr i think we win 4 out of 6. we lose against hamels in a close game. against the mets olsen will throw 6 innings of no runs and then the bullpen will lose the game for him like usual

Just look at overall road records this year; MOST teams are UNDER .500. 4-6 wins...would be awesome! 3 wins...satisfactory, at least.

August 4, 200817 yr this is off topic but i just found out that tankersley was optioned to the minors a while ago. this makes my day because both the players that piss me off (tankersley & andrew miller) are either in the minors or on rehab assignment.

August 4, 200817 yr need to come out at least .500, but I am hoping for a 4-2, 5-1 record I expect 4-2 and nothing less if the Marlins want a solid shot at the division.
