Please excuse my harsh language.

- To make the playoffs.

- To have no major long-term injuries.

- For back-end rotation arms like Sanchez, West, Volstad and Miller to really show what they're capable of and fulfill their potential.

- Logan Morrison has a ROY-candidate season.

To win the wild card and then win their third championship! Seriously if they're still in competition in September I will be happy, they still have too many holes in the bullpen and need another bench player before I can call them a frontrunner.

These are not the biggest worries. The bullpen will be fine. Starting pitching is the biggest worry, by far. Then probably how the 1st base situation turns out.

But the bench is fine with Helms, Bonifacio, Carroll, and probably Gaby Sanchez eventually.

Um, this! Seriously I couldn't have picked any four better (or more realistic) points than those. I would add that JJ be a Cy Young candidate, but if we get into the postseason, that would definitely be enough for me.

no idea... this team could go either way. thats why im cautiously optimistic

I hope West, Volstad, and Miller can make strides this year and fortify our pitching staff.
