July 18, 201016 yr Can we please DFA Bonifacio while we are at it? I'd rather have B.C. up as our backup Outfielder because even though he can't hit at times he is always outstanding in the field and gives you Gold Glove play and Hustle every game.
July 18, 201016 yr wow this front office is a f***ing joke....they want to lose. petersen has been terrible in AAA but i guess luna doesnt deserve the call. nope ive only been praying for that call up for like a month and a half. petersen was really impressive with his 1-16 last time he was up.

I'd like to see Luna up as well but face it, he's not an outfielder and one way or the other they need a spare outfielder for tomorrow.

July 18, 201016 yr Bonifacio is playing LF and leading off tomorrow. I guess that's the reward for being useless these days. At least he's fast... Who else are you gonna put in there though if you're Edwin? Boni is our 4th outfielder right now, like it or not. The bat boy? I"m pretty sure he can handle a bat better than Bonifacio.... lol
July 18, 201016 yr Right now, Petersen hits .259 @ Z's (.194 last 10 games) Compare with Bonifacio, It's difficult to say that who's better.

July 18, 201016 yr I really haven't been impressed with anything I've seen from Peterson. He seems like any number of outfielders we've had who has a little speed, but not enough power or contact ability to be useful in the majors. Yawn.
July 19, 201016 yr Luna went yard tonight (15) in NOLA against Memphis. Meyer threw 1.2 scoreless, hitless, two strikeouts. RVH six innings, 1 R, 5 H, 5 SO.
July 19, 201016 yr If only Mike Lamb knew what he was signing up for last off-season :lol He's probably just amazed that someone still keeps putting him in the majors. Remember, the meal money is much better those couple of weeks.
