Everywhere I'm reading is that a 6-year deal for CJ Wilson is too much. So, why do we want him to sign it? I am a fish fan with blinders on, and therefore have not seen any of Wilson before due to lack of paying attention to the rest of the league.

It is a bit over the norm for a pitcher but in wilson's case you have to overspend if you want him, im sure thats why the marlins going that many years

He's a 30-year-old lefthanded pitcher who's been great 4 out of the last 5 years while pitching in one of the best hitter's parks in baseball. I'm giving him what he wants.
