6/13 postgame

I fell asleep in the 9th when we were down 6-2. Apparently, we made a comeback. Mike Dunn fucked it up. Would've been a cool win, but we settle for the good effort. Hopefully they can build on it and take the series. #positives #goodnap

F that. Dunn needs to go. Adeiny needs to go to minors. Enough said, no baseball for me tomorrow,.

Taking my dad on Sunday for Father's Day. They better not play the same way they played today. And Furcal better not be in the lineup.

For all the terrible things about this organization, I appreciate that they're sort of a fun team to watch. If you think about it, 34-32 is pretty good for a team that's not good. This was a team that was expected to finish last with Jose Fernandez on the roster so it's been a good season so far in hindsight. Even though they lost, the comeback in the 9th is symbolic of the type of team they've been this season. It's actually pretty amazing that this offense has scored as many runs as they've scored.

I understand. Pure drivel today. Redmond doesn't know how to manage. And furcal will be in the lineup I'm afraid. Very sad day. Bitter. Upset. Angry, disappointed.

I understand your anger. We lost our all-important June playoff spot tonight.

The Marlins are paying Furcal $3.5 million.

The Marlins spent at least 10 million on a handful of garbage players that they could've just used on one good player. Maybe we can improve on that next year!

No one here is surprised that Dunn gave up a crippling home run with two strikes to a lefty. He has a better chance getting a righty then a lefty.

I've been mad before but this one is up there. Huge comeback and multiple chances to win, great work by the pen and all for nothing. This is like the 5th comeback this season where we still lose. Those are big and looming large.

It's like God just says "ok fuck you guys, you don't want to score so here comes Dunn."

God is testing us.

Man that was brutal. Would have been huge.

It would have been one win.

It would have been one win.

It would have been a huge win starting off the home stand, basically stealing a game, and finally closing our one of the comebacks which we have trouble doing .

I never feel good when Mike Dunn is pitching. It's cool that he's a lefty and is not the worst thing in the world, but I would rather not see him in our bullpen next season.

Didn't expect to win that game so I'm not too angry. Sure it's disappointing to not come through when the Pirates tried to give the Marlins the game on a silver platter, but winning today really would've been stealing a game we didn't deserve to win, so no worries either way. Just gotta keep the course, make sure we stay over .500 going into July and make our surge then hopefully.

Seen every game this season but last night's was the first I gave up on, on Furcal's error. It was a case of "FDS" - but then it was 2am over here. Not sure I could have stayed awake for the comeback and extras anyhow.

I mean, it's not like our offense stopped sucking in the ninth. We got one hit (a big hit from reed Johnson) and then 6 walks.

Haven't seen that from Eovaldi this season, hopefully just a bad night. Yelich is day-to-day.

Dunn gave it up but we were out of relievers so it was just a matter of time. We were facing the bottom of their bullpen too there in extras and couldn't do anything.
