I think this recent losing streak really only put them out of contention for 2nd in the NHL, which means nothing. 2nd in the east is still available, but that also means nothing. Just seize the 1st place spot to play a wildcard team.
March 11, 201610 yr after than mar 26 game vs TB they've got TOR, NJD, MTL, and CAR a couple times to end the season. Schedule is definitely in their favor. great 2 periods so far. Waiting for Thornton and Phaneuf to drop the gloves after Phaneuf failed cheap shot to Huby.

March 16, 201610 yr was at the game last night vs the Isles, rough game to lose. Decent amount of Panther fans though. Thankfully it seems like last night didnt throw them off too much, came out strong vs MTL and are maintaining. The schedule is in the cats favor for the rest of the season, finger crossed they can make good use of it.
