August 1, 20169 yr This is TOTALLY OFF THE WALL........but take Nova as a rental (lateral) AND ARod with the Yankees picking up that contract? It would certainly improve the bench, use both sparingly, and can you imagine having those two icons on the bench with Ichiro going for 3K hits and ARod going for 700HR?????

I would do that deal except Pineda instead of Nova and as incentive to the Yankees we could cover part of Arod's contract.
