Holy hell, Bour actually wasn't even tagged before his foot eventually hit the plate. He should have been safe in two instances.

The larger issue is Bour clearly does not know how to (competently) slide into a base.  This has happened in two games where piss poor slides caused him to be out. Guy needs to do some pre-game practicing.

 

 

He was somehow totally safe.. the toe caught it before DArnaud tagged him

My guess is that he was looking at the tag and didn't even think of the plate block rule
