June 13, 20179 yr This is a very Marlins pick, and yes, that's a compliment. The Marlins love projectable left-handers, and Rogers, a southpaw out of Carlsbad HS in New Mexico, offers plenty of it. He should have a high 90s fastball, and both his change and curveball will flash average. He's more thrower than pitcher at this point, but there's certainly upside in his left arm.
