I had trouble deciding that too - I got the "regular" style hat at that '47 brand site, and got the 5950 version of the "real" ST hat.
February 25, 20197 yr Author I’m not Irish but the St Patty’s hats are pretty friggin awesome They are but I can never justify buying one for use on just one day. I mean, of course they can be worn whenever but it would feel odd wearing that any day after March 17th. I'm curious as to how well those caps sell.

They replayed the Cards game and you can't see the logo on the helmet at all and the rest of the uniform literally looks black and white. I'm guessing the geniuses behind the new design and colors never bothered to test it in natural light. that is seriously one of the worst looking unis I've seen - it looks like it would be some bizarre alternate jersey. They really need to change the black lettering to a different color because the subtle blue and red around it doesn't show up at all.

That's what I thought when I saw them in that AFL game months ago. Up close they look great because the colors do pop in the light, BUT at a distance, they get lost between the black letting and white jersey.

February 26, 20197 yr Those words marks are nice. I’ve got no problem with the uniforms as constructed. These are nice too. The main thing though is the new branding looks good. If the team wants to retool things later they can. It wouldn’t constitute a full blown rebranding if they switched the black and the blue or if they put a blue bill on the cap.
