I'll tell you why I don't think that's a good idea. It's MLB's anniversary, not each team's anniversary. If you adapt it to team colors the logo says that it's the 150th anniversary of each team. So, for example, putting the logo in Marlins colors says the Marlins are celebrating their 150th anniversary and they are not. The logos on the caps and jerseys and pants are for each team... this patch is not for each team specifically.
