I'll win, I'll just add two pitchers.

You accidentally brought up a good idea actually. This game lets you start as an old version of the franchise. Someone should do the 2018 Marlins and keep the 2017 core intact but add 2 pitchers and see what happens.

In that case forget 2017... can I get the 97 team and never break them up and see how many titles they win?

As far as I know, you could do that. I haven't tried it personally. Sounds fun though.

Does the game let me force Jose to not get on that boat? What I actually mean is can I add Jose to the 2017 team? It would actually be interesting to see how they would do with him.

No idea, but another good idea. I can't see why it would not allow that but I don't want to confirm without trying it myself.

@Photo-Realistic Billy any idea on that?

Just wait it out, they run a holiday special annually so it may drop back to the same $10 price for (Black) Friday or during December

But you should sim the season instead of playing it.

I'm going to move Stanton only for some pieces, sign a couple of pitchers and see what happens.

Good idea.
