    Technically yes, just not for South Florida television market..

    Here is an unofficial list of Marlins spring training games that will be televised, but by other teams' regional sports networks.

    So, basically if you happen to live nearby New York or St. Louis you could see some Marlins spring training games.

    Some of them might be available on MLB.tv* but I'm not sure if there will be any local blackout restrictions for the South Florida TV Market, same for any cable or satelite MLB games package.
