Maybe Dillon Head and PJ Morlando gets more than 10 ABs this year. Marsee walks a lot but hit .200 last year. Noble Meyer still living on his first round pick status after walking 62 in 85 innings. Dax Fulton looked bad in 23 when he last pitched, but maybe that was the injury. RIP Yiddi Cappe and that one guy who's obsessed with Jacob Berry

He had a .345 OBP, stole 51 bases and is rated highly as a defender. The average will rebound (it certainly did last year when he got called up to AAA). But his plate discipline is something that is hard to teach to young players.

Daddy dix initial Draft class also looks exceptionally weak right nowTwo things need to happen for this plan to succeed.1) we need to correctly identify prospect talent through trades, the draft,and international signings.2) we need to develop that talent so it succeeds at the major league level.A lot of infrastructure has been put in place for the Marlins to succeed in these two tasks.It is way too early to draw any conclusions .Those two areas are where we need to improve. It is hard to argue we have failed in the past.I looked at prospect lists going back many years. It is my opinion we are in a far, far better place than we have been in a long time.Only time will tell. Let's enjoy the journey
