I like what he is doing he is determined to make this franchise classy and develop a strong work ethic in the clubhouse. These weird and strict policys are just there to show the players that they will act like professionals under his rule. As long as he prepares the players and gets all the effort he can out of the players I dont see what the problem is.

Why doesnt Selig just put his money where his mouth is and help the fish?

Armando was the best closer in Franchise history in my mind. This guy was automatic. I just never saw him being nothing short of amazing. This guy was a huge pick up. A huge plus is that he is proven to be a good closer but when he joined the Marlins he was engraved in many minds as a top of the line closer. If you dont believe me look at his fat contract that the Giants gave him.

Doesn't this whole stadium deal remind you of the Cleveland Browns when Art Modell owned them and over night took them to Baltimore? I mean both cities took the teams lightly in giving them a stadium. Cleveland instead opted to build a stadium for the Indians, and an arena for the Cavaliers. Now, Miami is going to build some Arts theater crap and might give the UM a new stadium from what I heard. Hopefully, history doesnt repeat itself because he moved the Browns ,but, later they made the new Browns in Cleveland.What do you think?
