Can Miami MLS play in Marlins Park permanently?
So I have a question. As some of you might know, David Beckham and Jorge Mas are meeting on July 18th with City of Miami commissioners to persuade them to bring Stadium measure to voters. Basically, if the commissioners approve the Melreese Miami MLS stadium measure, voters will get to decide if Melreese will be the new home for Miami MLS. HOWEVER, I want to ask what I believe to be a legitimate question. Let's say David Beckham and Jorge Mas don't get their Melreese MLS Stadium. Is it possible for Miami MLS to share Marlins Park? Some people on a Twitter said because of the stadium deal with Miami-Dade County, that is not possibly. However, if Jeter, Beckham, and the County agree to share the stadium (aka Beckham pays Jeter and County to share stadium), would it be possible? Even though the Melreese MLS stadium site will be 100% privately funded, people still have a bad taste in their mouths because of the Marlins stadium deal. Now, I am first and foremost a baseball fan. I have always loved baseball, and just recently got into soccer because of my Italian heritage. Nevertheless, I think Marlins Park would be fun for Miami MLS home games. The Celevelander, Budweiser Terrace, Retractable Roof, and parking are all major benefits. It would be very interesting. Even though MLB and MLS run at the same time, the New York Yankees share Yankee Stadium with NYCFC. Both teams are doing very well this year and could compete for a championship in their respective leagues. I really believe a Marlins/MLS partnership could work long term at Marlins Park. 37,000 is also a nice size MLS venue. Do you guys have any thoughts on Miami MLS sharing Marlins Park short-term or long-term?

Account Issue
To Whom it may concern, I have an issue with my account. Whenever I log into my account, I always have to reset my password and I don't know why. Even if I reset my password 1 minute ago, it will still say password is wrong. Does anyone else have this issue?

Brad Ziegler on those complaining about expanded netting
In Japan, they extend netting from foul pole to foul pole. I wonder if MLB will do that as well.

I wasn't born in 1993. I was born 1994. Therefore, this is much bigger.

In my opinion, i would have to say when the Marlins played Team Italy in 2009 ST. I'm Italian, and it was pretty cool seing the National Team, even though most of them were Italian American.- Most Memorable Marlins ST Game You Remember?

I know some Marlins fans are going to think that I'm on crack, but I wrote a story about this for my school newspaper. Albert Pujols said he would accept a trade to 4 teams: Marlins, Astros, Angels, and Dodgers. I can guarantee that the Marlins will not trade for Pujols because we would have to give up way too much. He has a $16 million option for 2011, after that he is seeking A-Rod money, around 25-30 million a year for about 8 years. Even though the marlins would never do this in a million years, I think they should sign him in the offseason. First of all, the Marlins have been very good with trades in the Beinfest era, but there was one trade that may go down as one of the worst trades in baseball history. Trading Miguel Cabrera and D-Train for 6 prospects we don't even have anymore. That's a damn shame. I know Willis turned out to be a bust, but his downfall started after we traded him. And Miguel Cabrera is a superstar. To make up for that terrible trade and as a welcoming present to the New Marlins Ballpark in 2012, the Marlins should sign Albert Pujols. Pujols also may take less money to play closer to his home, the Dominican Republic.- Could The Marlins Seriously Get Albert Pujols?

Here is my opinion of the projected Marlins roster in 2011 line-up 1. CF Chris Coghlan 2. 2B Omar Infante 3. SS Hanley Ramirez 4. RF Mike Stanton 5. LF Logan Morrison 6. 1B Gaby Sanchez 7. C John Buck 8. 3B Matt Dominguez 9. Pitcher's spot bench 3B/1B Wes Helms Utility Emilio Bonifacio C Brett Hayes 2B Donnie "Bleepin" Murphy OF Scott Cousins rotation Josh Johnson Ricky Nolasco Javier Vasquez Anibal Sanchez Chris Volstad bullpen LHP Burke Badenhop MRP Randy Choate MRP Michael Dunn MRP Brian Sanchez MRP Ryan Webb SU Leo Nunez CP Clay Hensley In my opinion, the Fish are going to be challenged in the division by the Philadelphia Phillies w/ the "Big Three" of baseball. I think the Marlins at best will finish second in the division, win the wild card, and lose to Philly in the ALCS. Like the Big Three of Boston in 2008, this will be the Philly's Big Three only championship together. To Open the Marlins New Ballpark in 2012, I think the Marlins, as a present, will Sign Albert Pujols.
