(If either my vote is Ramirez) Hermida Whether or not he can live up to his full potential and play at least average defense the rest of the season. You guys?

I wanna see Gabby Hernandez and Dan Barone in our rotation Wanna see Hermida hit his 20th homer and bring his AVG to around .275 or .280 and end up with 70 RBIs I would like to see Uggla end the season hitting .275 35 HR 100 RBI I am hoping Cabs or Shadez to be the 1st Marlin to win a batting title I also wanna see De Aza reclaim his job at CF and bring our lineup to a whole new dimension

Only real reason is those high pitch counts because he seems to constantly get up 0-2 and then lose the hitters. And I'm not entirely sold on the opinion it's because he's a rookie. But I'll give him the benefit of doubt for arguments sake and say let's see if he can win a job next Spring. I'm going with Hanley on the batting crown. Not sure if either will win it for the NL, but I'll go with him for the Marlins Crown. Probably even Silver Slugger for the NL. That would be sweet. Miggy and Hanley each taking home that award. Let's hope Laaarrrry stumbles a bit and Miggy dosen't. My money is on Miggy for that because he seems to excel at the end of the year knowing he is arbitration eligable. Which also seems to negate my opinion on who wins the Marlins Crown. But I'm sticking with it, as hypocritical as it may sound. Jeremy? Another head scratcher for me. I said I wanted to see what he could do after going a couple months injury free before I formed any opinions. Seen it. And still really holding back. He had a horrible game for this home stand opener. But seems to have settled down a bit in the field after that. Kinda supports my orignal thoughts on that game that were so graphically bashed by some here. But whatever. Sometimes he isn't backing up plays that he should, and other times I wonder how he got behind that guy so fast. for what we have been led to believe on him at the start of last year, Fredi dosen't hold back on defensively replacing him late in close games.

Hanley has proved to be a major threat at the dish and his numbers are outrageous. What a line...... Exactly my point, RVH needs a better out pitch, which it isn't very hard to come by, we'll see what he can bring to the table by next season! As for what I want to see, I want to see our guys mold together better as a team. I want Fredi to experiment as much as he can with this squad so next season he is more familiar with what he has. I want to see more of De Aza! I want to see if KMart can come back lights out! I want to see our starting pitchers get it together, and compete with one another like other veteran staffs do it. I want to see the fish pickup Julio Franco!

I would like to see Treanor play more he's hitting near .300 and playing really well in the field. I'd like to Hermida in the #2 spot move Uggla down to 5th or 6th, maybe even 4th behind Cabs he'll get more pitches Last but not least how about a little health for the team, with no one getting banged up, DlL'ed or surgery.
August 5, 200719 yr I'd like to see them play the role of spoilers. Not looking forward to seing our pitching staff at all, but I do want to see the fish break the team hr record for a single season and just rake the ball all over the place, esp. Hanley and Miggy.
August 5, 200719 yr I want to see improvement from Scott Olsen. He really has been awful at times this year, and I know there are a lot of people on this board who like him. I just want him to give me some reason, or string two good starts together or something, to look forward to him pitching in '08.

I actually like the idea at being fourth if Fredi chooses not to move him down that far. I think just the fact of Danny's pure power would make him an alright choice at the four spot...much prefer him at 6, though. I would like to also see Jacobs moved down in the order to fifth even. Just put Willy in at the four spot. :mischief
