Hanley is in shape, learning a new position and still not sucking. The fact that we expect him to be .100 OPS higher reflects upon our high opinion of him. There are at least 4 hitters on this team that are underperforming by .100+ points of OPS compared to their career norm:

 

Buck, Sanchez (.200 OPS off), Ramirez, and Morrison

 

Reyes is within statistical fluke range of his career norm.

 

Just moving towards expected will increase this team's offense.
