Who do you want the Marlins to draft tommorow?

Featured Replies

If Kris Bryant falls to #5 and the Indians take him, that would be the most heartbreaking thing since Posey went one pick before Skipworth (even though we all knew we'd never draft Posey because we couldn't sign him).

Bryant is the dream, Moran is the second dream, and Shipley is most likely the consolation prize.

I don't think Bryant will ever fall to us. There are some reports now that the Cubs want Bryant lol.

Moran is projected as going #7 on MLB Network, so he may be available for us.

Guess we'll find out.

I could see the Marlins pass on him. He doesn't seem like a Beinfest player.

So he's good and will become a good player?

Actually I think we pass on Moran because he might be a bit difficult to sign. We'll draft Shipley, because he's got front line starter potential, will be able to reach the majors relatively soon, and will be easy to sign.

But obviously Moran would be awesome. Bryant is the best position player in this draft, and will be taken by the Indians at the latest.

Yeah, we're not gonna have a chance to draft Moran.

Shipley it is!

Yeah. The Tribe isn't going to pass up Moran.

I'd say we just got a raw spot in the draft, but Shipley/Meadows aren't bad consolation prizes.
