May 4, 201412 yr Really nice game from hech Too early to say there may be some adjustments at the plate that are paying off? I mean he's clearly trying to hit the ball the other way. No doubt he'll cool off and the numbers will drop but he doesn't seem quite as helpless as last year.
May 4, 201412 yr Aside from the great win, this team needs major bullpen help As someone stated earlier we have arms in the minors like Dyson who should be up here instead of Marmol. It just a matter of admitting that Marmol was a mistake and moving on from him. I hope that comes sooner rather than later.

In the span of about 3 seconds I thought Baker might not have gotten all, then I was like wait he might have, then I thought ok he got it, then I though Puig got it, then we won.
May 4, 201412 yr Just got back from the game. Jose pulled through even though he didn't have his best stuff. Don't really agree with putting Jose back in the game when he was already at 100 pitches, but it worked out so whatever. I celebrated after the game a bit, but couldn't go too over the top because I was worried Puig had seriously hurt himself. Nice to see it doesn't look all too serious. Hechavarria saved the game with that play in the 9th. Our relievers really need to start putting these games away.
