May 9, 201412 yr What's wrong with enjoying the moment? You can still enjoy the moment and be reminded of the fact of how poorly the Marlins handled Stanton's future with the team. I love seeing Stanton thrive but his success is very bitter sweet.
May 9, 201412 yr Author I'm happy that we won and I'll enjoy it for tonight and until 10:09 PM tomorrow, but realistically, had it been any other team than the Padres, yeah, we would have lost most likely. They had Turner on the ropes and let him off the hook. It happens. I do like how Turner pitched after the first inning, save the homer to Kennedy. I'll take that as a positive. Bullpen looked decent tonight.
