Dude, I live withing 6 hours of D.C Black out...thankfully, I can listen to the game on mlb.tv Premium on the roku 3. the Marlins games are blacked out as well...even when one of them was on MLBN on the tv... Black out vs Nationals is what I mean.

I know even on teh phone, the At Bat app says I am blacked out when trying to view a Nationals game against the Marlins. Must not be a error...cause even on MLBN on the tv, it said the game was blacked out. I could had SWORE last year this wasn't the case. I didn't have mlb.tv, but I believe I got to see a Marlins/Nats game via Free Game of the day...
August 10, 201412 yr Yeah I would just call and see. Simple enough you need a refund perhaps? I'd advise extra innings but that could be the same blackout possibility as well
