If the Marlins stay with $80 million dollar payroll and with the projected Abritration numbers and increases we only have about $5 million or just left to spend. But if they bump it up to $85 million that gives us a chance to get more. Guy on a 1 year deal like Fister or Lee and reliever like Clippard. January 14, 201610 yr Author Honestly the "right guy" absolutely has to be someone that improves us for beyond 2016 as well. While it sounds good to be better this year, it'll probably be 2017 and on where we're consistently competitive (if 2016 goes as planned)
