I know he's expensive but next season is his last year I believe.

Perfect example of eating most of that contract for the type of prospects we have.

If Loria is willing to take some cap hit.

I'm logging into one of my alternate accounts to negative this one, I implore you all to do the same. What a shameful post.

Yeah that was bad. I wanna down vote it but I don't want to get banned.

Down vote it, I want you to

Ok I did lol.

I would keep an eye on the Pirates. If they keep struggling they may be a team that has some pieces to sell off, more so in the bullpen area if possible. Bud Norris just isn't an upgrade for our rotation. I guess he would do fine in our bullpen. Right now we need to be looking for someone to replace Dunn. We keep saying that 7-9 are our best guys but if we use them every single game like we did against the Rockies we screw ourselves.

Only goes to show you how big of a start that was for Conley to go 8 innings yesterday.

I could see a team like the Astros dumping salary if they don't stay close within the Wild card. But it almost feels like the Marlins want to make a move before Saturday so that Clemens doesn't pitch.

The problem is we want to make a move now it seems. If we wait a team like the Astros may be willing to dump Fister for some iffy prospects. Teams like that aren't ready to give up yet.

You didn't answer this polly, it was a legit question, do u think they should still get Norris if they can't get anyone better or don't bother?

yes he is better than anything else they have nicolino/clemens/puke
