A OPS .561 guy in PCL called up, lol.

How fucking weird is this?

Happened to me in my MLBTS franchise. Bour down with an ankle, I called Don Kelly up.

thank god for ASG break

Any early indications that he will be good to go the other side of the ASG or could this be a bit longer?

We blame you

Do the days during the AS break count for the 15 day DL period?

Yes

Telis? Switch hitter who can play 1st and C, on 40 man slugging over .400 had ridiculous June?

Andino? Also slugging over .400 and playing good defense?

Nah. Don Kelly. Hitting .223/.288/.273.

Honestly these are the management decisions and calls that lose us valuable games and keep us out of the playoffs. Here we are a team on the fringe of the playoffs and we are willing to rely on Chris Johnson to sure up a position. And why? Telis is ready and Andino isn't a prosprct, just a vet playing well. But we leave them down.

Incomprehensible to me.

We blame you

Last year I had yelich go down and then it happened lol. Think I mentioned it somewhere here last year.

You should stay away from the Marlins whenever you play.

Xavier Scruggs down there ballin as well

Nevermind, I had thought that Yelich played some 1B in the minors.

High school, he did. Close enough.

The Kelly move has Donnie Buntsball written all over it. You would think the Front Office would want to call up Telis to show that they were "right" in the Sam Dyson trade (they weren't) but Donnie Buntsball wants veteran Don Kelly in there instead. Batting average? Nah. On base percentage? Wtf is that? The only stat Donnie cares about is age.

The only things I can think are

A) Tellis/Scruggs aren't very good defensively over there. Or not enough to warrant starting them in a MLB game right away.

B) Tellis is being shopped and they don't want to move him from behind the plate

C) Dan Jennings still has some say
