February 21, 20188 yr This guy had unreal AFL stats too. Last year was the first real season in which he was healthy too. I just hope all of these guys we got can stay healthy so we can somewhat judge what the hell we have by the end of this year. Monte should spend all year in AA and if he mashes moved to AAA and then bring him up for a September Callup if he produces enough. Do not rush him, especially given how raw his baseball skills are. Im trying to think of a comparison for him player wise but i cant think of it. anyone got anything?

February 24, 20188 yr Author I know it’s WAAAYYYY too early to say this but I’m going to say it anyway........... I would rather have “Sweet Lou” Brinson, the Full Monte, Diaz and Yamamoto ANY DAY over Christian Yelich. Yelich is a good ball player but, c’mon, admit it..........you won’t miss the catapult wind up throws from CF. I think ultimately we will get our dicks kicked in on the Ozuna deal but, man, I feel like we are going to win the Yelich deal by a landslide.
