Nothing will top literally any camp day. Hearing the high pitched voices of 500 kids shout for two hours can only be worse if you had a spoon jammed into your skull. EDIT - scratch it, that would actually be a better experience.

August 29, 20188 yr So what happens if multiple musical ensembles show up for the same game and are competing for sound time? Will we get some musician turf wars? There are some interesting possibilities. Maybe “firms” could form in the vein of European football and they can have it out in the upper deck in right field. Sounds great Derek! Seriously though I don’t see how this is a problem. Nobody sits in those seats anyway. There is a fair amount of distance between that area and where most people sit.

Good baseball can coexist with this other stuff too. Doesn't have to be one or the other. What I find funny is that everything this new ballpark experience thing is promoting is stuff that Loria and Samson claimed they already were doing in one form or another. If this stuff works in any way then it was all a matter of execution. Loria and Samson always said this team and ballpark were gonna embrace the community and art and heritage and the diamond club and being a weekend hot spot etc etc but nothing really came of it. It's possible that all this ownership needs to do now is actually commit to these words. And yes I know that at this point it's just pretty words on a website and the actual execution of it is yet to be seen. I am curious to see how it plays out.
