July 14, 20206 yr Is he listed as the top prospect anywhere? Mish seems pretty high on him. I like Diaz a lot, but I never considered him the top prospect in the system.
July 14, 20206 yr I think what Mish is saying is that Diaz is better than people realize and that rankings haven't picked up on this yet. It's comparable to what happened with Edward Cabrera when people started talking about him more and he wasn't considered a top prospect but now he is because he became more noticed. Mish could be right. Sometimes the lower prospects end up better than the higher ones, I think that's all he means.
